musil

The Museum of Industry and Work in Brescia (https://www.musilbrescia.it) comprises three sites:

- The Museum of Industry and Work in Franciacorta, a warehouse open to the public with an exhibition dedicated to cinema and cartoons;
- The Museum of Hydroelectric Energy in Valle Camonica, since 2015 the anchor point of the ERIH - European Route of Industrial Heritage;
- The Iron Museum located in an old forge in Brescia.

In 2008, the musil promoted the "Roberto Gavioli" National Award dedicated to documentaries on work and industry; see https://www.musilbrescia.it/concorso_gavioli/.
In 2012 the musil promoted Museums in Short, a competition for short videos produced by European museums (some winners: VAM, Riverside Museum of Glasgow, Micropia Amsterdam); see https://www.museumsinshort.eu/home/.
